WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

We are a multi-level salon. Our technician levels are based on demand. Prices are based on this level system of 1-5, where 5 denotes our most highly demanded technicians and top range pricing.
It is important that we start appointments on time to give you the most relaxed and rewarding experience.
We provide soft gel (shellac) and regular polish removal only. We do not remove artificial products, such as acrylics or dip gel nails. Sorry, no drills are used at this salon.
Guest satisfaction is essential. If you are ever unsatisfied, please let us know immediately. All service corrections must be fully resolved within 2-weeks of original service.
Online booking! You never have to wait for a manicure, blowout, or a massage again. Reserve in advance here and save time.

All cancellations require a 24-hour notice. There is a 50% fee for cancellations made same day as an appointment. We will try our best to rebook you that day if enough notice is given; thus avoiding any fees!
No shows are charged within 15 minutes of appointment start time. There is a 100% service charge for missing an appointment without notice.
